Why I'm Here

I’m a mother of 4 teenagers (i.e., somewhat brain-damaged and severely time challenged), an old college coffeehouser, a veterinarian and currently holding down guitar/vocal/female eye-candy duties in a local cover band. (Eye-candy for old, drinking guys…). I play several electrics (a shop-made strat and several lawsuit Gibson-types, a G&L ASAT semi-hollow tele), but love my Taylor 416ce best. Got a Taylor GS mini (mahogany) after seeing Tony’s evaluation and love that ALMOST as much.

I love playing with my band, but it hasn't allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge as much as I'd like. I love playing acoustic the most and especially fingerpicking, which I don't get to do much. Power chords, anyone? I would love to become the player a lot of people may think I am.
