Why I'm Here

In 2017, I retired after 33 years as an executive in a fortune 50 corporation.  I had collected a few guitars over the past 15 years or so, but I had not taken the time or made it a priority to learn how to really play the guitar.

One of my goals upon retirement was to make learning the guitar a priority.   Now I have sold most of the guitars I previously owned and upgraded across both acoustic and electric guitars.  I own several wonderful acoustics from Ryan, Collings and Bourgeois as well as a classic Martin D28 Marquis and some one of kind PRS private stock and Knaggs.  Electrics include several Nik Huber, PRS Private Stock, as well as Fender Custom Shop classics.

City

My goal is to be able to play the kinds of music I like, and be a good player – for myself and friends.

My Guitar Goal

What I'm Focused On Now

I would like to be able to grow my song catalog by 10 songs in the next 3 months.  Ultimately, My goal is to be able to play the kinds of music I like, and be a good player – for myself and friends.

My Guitar Routine

This is How I TAC

I will play my guitar at least 6 days a week.  I will include my skills and technique building routines on a weekly basis – barre chords 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th string voicings, scales – full fretboard, arpeggios, pentatonic scales and positions across the fretboard, finger picking and strumming etc.
