I am really glad I heard and saw this. These performances seem quite new and modern. I really liked them, but the music almost has a dark feeling to it(not a bad thing) which I will have to think about. She is so masterful at what she does, I am not certain how she does it? She is likely playing in alternative tunings.
I have to think about these performances for a bit. Incredibly creative and inventive technique, but I feel like the “performance” sometimes takes first chair over the “music” and playing.
