Ever have one of those nights? I did tonight. On my pre practice, lesson and just dinking around playing some sons that I like, Old Joe Clark is going into my current and maybe permanent practice song, I need to go on to the finger style simple version of Freight Train. Finally was able to finish on a high, but consistency at higher bpm continue to plague me. That was a win and a down. Also, a big win is that I now know a song that I have been wanting to learn for quite some time. I love bluegrass but have never played much. Perhaps later in the year, I will be able to play bluegrass with the guys in the Church basement once a month. There are usually about 100+ spectators there. Fun at the First Christian Church.
