Hi @darcelle , it’s a great first step to simply attend. Attendance does not require you to play. We may ask if you’d like to play, but you can easily decline and we won’t prod you further than that.

Hopefully what you’ll discover by attending is that we display all levels of playing ability and the feedback is non-judgemental and super supportive. If support is all you can muster at this time, that is perfectly acceptable, however if you should gather enough courage to play for us, it can be life-changing, as others have attested to.

If for nothing else, just know that you are welcome to attend any of our VOMs.
