  Course mechanics

  Hi folks!

  I just joined a week ago, and am working on 30 Days to Play (4 days so far) – no daily challenges yet.

  When I click on Daily Challenge, the landing page shows progress that I haven’t made (see below): My Stats shows 7 playing sessions, current streak of 7, longest streak of 7 – none of which has actually happened – and under My Progress, all of the lessons since I signed up have been checked off as complete – but I haven’t even visited any of them, let alone checked them off.

  I also can’t click on the past lessons to check them out – maybe because they’re checked complete?

  I would expect My Stats to show 0 playing sessions (for daily challenges), with no streaks, and for no lessons to be checked as complete under My Progress. I would also expect to be able to click past lessons if I want to take a look at them, whether visited/completed before or not.

  Does anyone have insight into this? It’s really a question for the course admins – how do I get to them?

  Your playing sessions count! It doesn´t matter, what you choose – Daily Challange oder a course – as long as you play the day😉!

  Hi @robm58 and welcome to TAC!!

  I can tell you that you can access the daily 10 minute lesson by clicking on it. When you are viewing the current day’s lesson, all the lessons for the entire month will appear in the margin on the left of the screen. You can access any of the lessons since the beginning of the current month by clicking on them. (Well except for future lessons that haven’t happened yet)

  Alas, if you want to go back to any lesson from a previous month, you are no longer able to do so unless you had added that lesson to your list of favorites.

  I am not sure what to tell you about your faulty lesson counter/daily streak number, I would click on “support” at the bottom of the main menu list on the left margin of the screen. Hope that helps 🙂
