I save all the daily challenges. rename them to ‘date – name of lesson – what the lesson is” . Lessions are ====> Monday is TECHNIQUE, Tuesday is GUITAR LICK, Wednesday is IMPROVISATION, Thursday is RHYTHM GUITAR and Friday is CHORD PROGRESSION. Keep them stored in a folder on your computer then it’s easy to do a search for what ever lesson you want to focus on. I also save the ‘backing track’ on Wednesday. Good luck. This helps me and like @Mark said the lessons go away at the end of the month.
