Now it really doesn’t matter here. I have heard from others that the official line was just to mark it complete if you had done your 10 minutes or more. I didn’t know this when I started and only ticked complete if I could get through it at 1x speed. So I have decided to carry on doing that because I can then see from the percentage complete each month what I achieved. No one is marking you down on this if you don’t do it “correctly” so you can use the system in the way that works well for you. If you want it as a record of the challenges you managed to get your time practicing then just tick complete once you’ve had a go.
