  How to get response from TAC Help Center

  Hello, I’ve sent several emails to TAC support and have not received any response. I emailed them within 5 days of signing up, and it’s now been about 20 days. I have been struggling to practice with this program and have been trying to seek a refund. Is there any other way that I can reach out to discuss this with someone?

  Did you try the “Support” option at the bottom of the left margin. When you click it it opens a new section and there is an Orange Square at the bottom that opens a chat window. That is what I do to get in touch with HQ.

  If you send your issues to the support email, Victoria usually responds within a day
