I agree, TAC is great to get you playing everyday, great teaching techniques for sure. But it’s like in the Karate Kid, “Wax On, Wax Off” teaching techniques, but not how to apply them. It would be nice if a song was added to show where the techniques are used. I realize copy rights might be costly but by using old standards, like American Roots Standards, that are not copy written anymore would be useful. The week he did on Mississippi John Hurt was my favorite because he related it to actual songs.
