Finished FW course!

I just finished the Fretboard Wizard course (for the 2nd time) and boy what a win and a difference the 2nd time around. I have a ton for practice ahead for me to get the head and hands around all the information but what a trip it’s going to be! I highly recommend this course. Maybe not for the very beginner but once one gets a bit comfy with the instrument it is a fountain of knowledge. (Thanks Tony!)

Bugmeist–

Finished it myself just a few days ago, and had planned on going back thru it as soon as time allowed. I was maybe hopin’ to get to it within a week or two…..

Way to go😀……… now I’m “all fired up”!

I’m gonna start thru again tomorrow😎!!!

Way to go @the–old-coach. I found some of the course a bit daunting but I think practicing in unison with the daily challenges will bring the muscle and brain memory around. I’m planning on redoing the course late Winter/early Spring (if I can wait that long lol).

  I’m also trying to figure out how to use the FBW-course info “in” the Daily Challenges. Haven’t given it that much thought, though….. (please pass along any of your ideas on that😀 if you can!).
  
  I actually also worked thru the original FBW course at the same time.
  
  There are some similarities- but also some differences. BOTH are great!!!
  
  (Tony has a bit more “ink” in the new version😎)
  
  My suggestion– (just for fun)– go thru the original version. As I said– similar but different. (PS– I think it “goes away” the first of the year)……
  
  Anyway— again— congrats!

Congrats on the win! I am about to start the final section on learning to solo, which is bound to help me tremendously as I’ve struggled to convince myself I can do that. Totally agree with you that FBW is worth the investment many times over! Tony has a great way of making music theory comprehensible – no easy feat!

@Kitman , @GerryB56 , @bugmeist , @the-old-coach I am almost finished on Week 4 right now. I am pleasantly surprised how much I like the newest Fretboard Wizard. He explained the CAGED navigation in more detail, which was super helpful. Just finished Week 4 – Day 1 ‘Foundation of Soloing’. LOVED IT! Yep, the new FBW has two thumbs up from me.
