  Help…..?????

  Just came back from being away for awhile. [ Thanks for the cyber Monday deal Tony } But anyway , For some reason My daily challenge video will not appear on the screen. No black square or anything. I can navigate thur the rest of site no problem. Watch the play for me videos,,,,, Come to this discussion board just no challenge vid….. Any advice would help. Also could not find tech support link. I NEED MY LESSONS.

  Are you on a phone or desktop? Android or apple?

    On my desk top at work I can get the vids, but on my laptop at home in evening is when I have my guitar time and that is where I cannot get the vids.

  Hi @Tbar , I suggest you work with the TAC support group with you problem. You will find the support link towards the bottom of the menu in the right.

  @T-BAR I will have problems with the videos locking up on my IPad. I have to close out, clear out the memory then re-log in and play the video again. Most of the time that helps. Give it a try and see if that helps. But, the support group is always there for you.
