@Moonhare thanks for listening! Yeah the 90 day conversation – I was not sure if it was an appropriate topic but I wanted to express how timely the 90 day discussion was in terms of getting me back on track. The irony of course is that at the end Tony shared that the 90 day program is, I guess not going away but changing in terms of presentation, which I will miss. However I applaud Tony for making changes that involve hard choices in order to provide the work life / balance he needs with his growing young family.
