Rock Me Lick and Melody. Tuesday challenge.
WOW! Great TAC day! Much better than last time in June! I don’t recall even completing this day or playing along. Small Win: Was able to play along at 1X
1. Was I able to let notes ring without rushing?
I had to take each section one by one, learn pattern then put it all together. Then I listen to to Tony’s rhythm several times before able to play along.
2. Could I hear the melody coming through in my
playing? Yes!
3. Was I able to hit the notes accurately and cleanly?
Not at first but after 1hr LOL!
4. Does this give me ideas for playing guitar solos in other songs I’ve learned or want to learn? Yes!
Another small win is after today I’m a lot better at my hammer-on’s and pull-off’s!
