My Small Win – Consistency & Perseverance
I started my TAC journey on October 11, 2023, today makes day 93. One of my goals was to login everyday and practice for at least 10 minutes a day. I am pleased to say that I have met the login goal and exceeded the practice goal, that 10 minutes usually ends up being an hour or more. Some days are harder than others and I find myself wondering at the start of a session if I will ever be able to play that challenge. Most times by the end of the session I’m playing it and wondering why I doubted myself. My chord transitions are getting smoother and quicker, my picking accuracy is improving and I have started working on fingerstyle. Most importantly I’m having fun again playing the guitar, I look forward to seeing each daily challenge first thing in the morning and have my practice time waiting for me at the end of the day.
Just goes to prove, show up, put in the work and you will improve.
