  Reaching the E String with the Pinky

  Any tips for reaching that E string with the pinky finger. I watch Tony do the scale in 30 days to play and his fingers seems flat to the fret board and comfortably reaching that far note. I’m having to move my hand up the neck of the guitar slightly to get my pinky on it clean.

  That’s a problem for me too. I’m using my ring finger for now. It’s just a short jump to the 5th fret with index anyway.
