Don’t worry about being “behind”. It is a journey not a destination so you’ll never be behind. Just pick up and walk on. Now as for the emails? That I don’t know. There was a major update last Tuesday and today the site is stuck on last Friday so I doubt anyone can get to it soon. But be assured that they care and will eventually work it out and respond to your support concern in the meantime just work on your health concerns, your emotional health, and play what you can when you can.
