How do I find the past week’s challenges that at the end have you doing a song?
I have been struggling to get back into the swing of things after being away due to the busyness of my life. I have been frustrated by my progress and really wanted to be able to have at least completed a few relatively simple songs by now. It seems all i am learning are techniques and am getting frustrated. I missed not doing most of the daily challenge weeks where there were songs. I wasn’t sure how to work through the courses etc. I have played guitar with basic chords and strums for years. I was thinking if I could get back into some of the past challenges that were titled with song creations and perhaps learn a song or two while learning the other techniques it would make me feel more accomplished and motivated. I cant figure out how to get into any of the past challenges where I saw they led up to doing a song by the end of the week. Thanks for any help!

You’re in luck @Kayakgirl . This week’s Daily Challenge is a benchmark week that encompasses (all that copyright laws will allow) in learning a song.

The daily challenges disappear at the end of each month and you can’t easily go back to them unless you have saved them in your favorites or copied the URL into spreadsheet (which is what I do). They do come around again in a few months.
That being said I don’t actually learn any songs here on TAC. The songs I learn are from other sites. TAC teaches me great techniques but the songs are often lacking.

Thanks! I like your idea of a spreadsheet!! I will explore other sites as well for learning songs! I appreciate your feedback about finding the past challenges, saves me a lot of frustration trying to find them lol.
