    yes, like Phil said, exercises, warmups, gentle stretches, massages with castor oil (or castor oil packs),

    Also, avoid inflammatory foods/drinks. Such as sugars, wheat, ultra-processed foods, alcohols

    Health allowing, incorporate turmeric, cinnamon, organic apple cider vinegar (in water) into your diet… i find it all helps
