  I forgot…..

  Just finished the challenge for today which was fun. BUT, I forgot what a cheerleader Tony is.as he walked us through the challenge he was tossing out encouragement and hints all the time.those little tidbits can make a huge difference. It is another reason I came back to tac. It just helps me make little victories as I stumble along at the now age of 80 (yikes!)

  Tony is a positive guy. And genuinely so. One can’t fake it for week after week and year after year.
