Clouded Night (The Dream)

Lying awake; making shapes in the clouds,
what lies beyond; the dream that I found
And the heavens pass by; constantly changing
like the fears in my mind; always engaging

Everyone wishes; they were special,
but we’re all the same, feeling unsettled
We want to be different, free from pain
Rid of the doubt, not scared of the end

Wakeup; quaking
Sweating; and shaking
The dream; is breaking
It’s a future; awakening

And you’re lost in spaces; that you know so well
You can’t escape panic, scared overwhelmed
They come running, when they see you descend
You’re lying confused; and dazed at the end
And there’s nothing; you can do
Nothing; you can, do

And now your awake; after seeing a fate
You call to the light; beyond the clouded night
You should heed the vision; listen to the words
Is your destiny shown; the final terms
