CAW stands for Celebrate All Wins!

Tthis morning I was playing along with Tony doing Boom Chick G Chord. As I was staring at my right hand carefully selecting the D string each time, I got to thinking I can’t looking down like that all the time so I closed my eyes…

    ….and what happened?

I hit the Boom Chick pattern blind without much trouble! A couple times the pass on the D string was a little light and here and there I scraped the A string just a tad on the way but it was a lot easier than expected. Not once did I accidentally play the G string. This was quite encouraging!

Good job. Those little things add up to much joy. The techniques may not seem interesting as you do them but suddenly you realize you know which string to pick and your muscle memory knows where it is.
