Just start with this weeks challenge. You might want to go back to Monday and pick up the technique piece and give it your 10 minutes. Then go forward and catch up 10 minutes at a day with lick on Tuesday and improv on Wednesday. I am not sure of your proficiency but if you are good with chords, you can jump in tomorrow. This week is Blues. Don’t be disappointed if you can’t play it all in 10 minutes. Trust the process. It will come around again and you will find yourself improved.
