New Here (again) WHERE DO I GO?!
I just rejoined TAC today after a 3 1/2 year hiatus. I was a member for 5 years or so before that. My question is: There is no reason, I assume, that I should do the 30 Day Challenge for beginners, right? I am extremely rusty, and just need to get back into “playing shape” as they say…so should I start with the weekly routine with the daily challenge? Opinions?…….
I’ll also be glad when I can navigate this website better. Sort of lost now….
