  Scott Lyons, my nephew, and I were texting, and ended up talking about being sick (as I have been down all week). He wrote, “I’ve been coughing up crap since Christmas”. My thought; what great lyrics. So, here is our 10 second ode to the season, using part of today’s bar chord progression.
