sound problem
How do I contact TAC for technical problems? The sound has got lower and lower in the past 2 weeks , and now there is no sound at all. It is not my lapatop because everything else online has sound.
Please advise. Roisin

Rosin, there’s a sound adjustment on the screen while the video is playing. You may have inadvertently lowered the volume there, independent of your computer volume. try putting your pointer over the 4th icon from the left on the video screen (looks like a speaker sort of) – you’ll see a little slide show up to the right of the icon that you can point at. Move it all the way to the right to increase the volume. Try that anyway, I’m not tech support, just a fellow student who has already dealt with this problem. Good luck!

Forgot to mention the icons are on the bottom of the video screen, 4 on the right and 4 on the left. They disappear unless you put your pointer over them.

What @gibsonjlpacbell-net says. To report a tech issue click to the TAC Home page and at bottom right there is a square button to initiate a chat. Usually Victoria replies within minutes.
