Tony has a whole stretching course that I use. I think it is under skill courses.

One thing that may help would be to start at a higher fret, say the 5th or 7th fret. As you move toward the body of the guitar the frets get closer together thereby reducing the stretch. I too have small hands and this helped me. After you are able to get the stretch at those frets, just keep at it and work your way toward the headstock over time.

Another thing that I’ve found helpful is to raise the neck of the guitar up higher. In other words, raise the neck of your guitar so you are holding it up higher toward the ceiling. It will seem odd, and maybe look even more so, but you should be able to get a better stretch in your hand. I’ve had it almost perpendicular to the floor trying to do some big stretches at the first few frets.

Might look at using a capo as well to help you move further up the neck to the narrower frets.
