Rock Me, guitar lick challenge, Tuesday October 7, 2025
Hi, I asked this question in the daily challenge today and am wondering if someone can help me. Tony says the lick is from the song ‘Wagon Wheel’, but I can’t hear the tune even when he plays it. What are the words of this part of the song? Thanks

It isn’t where there are lyrics. It is the acoustic guitar version in a sense of what the fiddle plays for it’s solo in parts. The fiddle of course has a different sound, and is playing at a different speed, but you it is the same notes. You can hear it at the beginning and in other parts. It might not be apparent at first, but speed up the play track to 2 times the speed and you may be able to see where it is playing the fiddle part.

Thank you, I just listened to the music video on line. I hear the fiddle played in it and now I have to match up the tab lesson notes to the fiddle tune.
