  • Reggae lessons ?

I’ve been a TACer for 5 months now and am thoroughly enjoying Process. I’ve fumbled around in the past with some reggae tunes and wondered if Tony introduces any Reggae tunes. Just curious. Can any of you old time TACers help with this question?

I don’t recall a reggae song off hand that is used to build the techniques around, but he does cover techniques that emphasize the upstrokes on the off beat that I’ve incorporated into some reggae style songs I’ve joined in with others playing around the campfire.

Unfortunately, no. There is a week featuring a syncopated rhythm, perhaps another member can chime in which challenge that is, but no Bob Marley or anything of that sort.
