  Warm ups

  why is is so hard to “re-find” certain areas?… I try to favourite everything I see, but things like “warm up” section keeps disappearing… Can anyone tell me how to access this easily?

  Are you looking for the daily stretch, those warmup exercises? That’s in the skills tab. Look for the music sign in the side bar on the left

  It appears that skill courses don’t have the option to be favorited.
