I would try pickup with the Daily Challenge. But if that overwhelms you, go back to the skills courses that you feel are hindering you. The key is to get back on a horse that challenges you but that you still enjoy because fun is the key. The journey is the enjoyment. The destination is a momentary reward before the next leg of the journey. Kudos to you for overcoming life getting in the way and your overcoming the obstacles to get back to your guitar routine.
