I don’t have huge fingers but I am having so much difficulty fitting my ring finger and my pinky finger onto the same fret location while avoiding buzzing of the string that my ring finger is holding down, whether it’s on the A5, D5 or E5 chord. I’ve got my pinky finger as far forward as I can and my ring finger keep landing on the fret behind. I feel like screaming like Ringo did at the end of Helter Skelter. “I’ve got blisters on my fingers!” However, there aren’t any blisters, just painful imprints of the strings on my finger tips. Does anybody have a suggestion on how I will be able to get past this, other than to keep trying or get half of the width of my ring finger shaved off?
