Ok I blew it. Went to see family overseas and came back after a month not playing and all the excuses. Bottom line. I left the guitar out so it would look at me every time I walked pass. Well today 12/4/25 I starting back. I feel like I want to jump back to the initial 30 day challenge but I’m starting here with old man.

    Welcome back @drgbriengmail-com

Old Man starts in a little over 2 weeks, were you going to wait until then? I would recommend starting up immediately.

This week’s challenges are above average difficulty but next week is a 12 bar blues week, a perfect place to jump in!

Getting back on that horse is a great plan. I have a guitar out at all times. Even on vacation I leave the Martin Backpacker in the room out.

i am totally feeling your comment. My conflict wasn’t a trip, which sounded awesome, but my cancer treatment leaves me weak and sometimes there is a treatment bag that I have on my stomach so it makes it difficult to pick up the guitar. I’m not giving in to letting more dust settle on the guitar and I hope that you are not either. We’ll both need to get back on the proverbial horse! Here’s to cheering you on!
