I managed to get through most of the D chord modifications, slowly and without any kind of rhythm. I’m using tabs to know what fingers to lift and which ones to keep down. I still have interference on adjacent strings to those I’m playing which creates a bit of fuzziness. I tried the C chord modifications a couple of times before my fingers got sore. I didn’t make it to the F and G chords. Finger stretches are still a challenge for me.

This is exactly how you should approach the benchmarks and many of the other challenges. Do what can, attempt the others but don’t worry if you don’t get all the way through! I think it was the 3rd time through before I even tried the F chord mods, I just skipped over to the C and G. Now (5th time) I was able to do the F mini modifications fairly well. Still room for growth for my 6th and 7th attempts.
