I understand this question and confusion. I thought it would be a video a day. But for week 1, there are some intro videos I watched in one sitting, and then only 3 videos. Do I watch and practice for week 1 and then on day 8 begin week 2? Do I balance the amount of videos through the week with 10 min of practice on days there are no more videos. <div>

I wish I was sure my question is clear. Is there meant to be o e video a day for 7 days of each week?
