Routine
With all the talk about creating a guitar routine, this is has been difficult. Going back to December, the amount of times the site doesn’t work makes it very frustrating. Today, Tuesday, is the third time in the last week that I can’t log on. I received an email telling me that work was being done on the servers so that come the new year we wouldn’t be bogged down. I am frustrated since I have been an evangelist for this site and told many of my friends to invest in it. Now I’m embarrassed that service has gotten so bad. It would be nice if customer service was available so I could contact someone. Is there any emails for the customer service that anyone knows about. This is getting pretty bad.

That is odd. I stared just before Christmas and have no problems logging on. The pages are very slow to load, but I haven’t had any of the issues you have had. Hopefully some long term TAC members can come up with the proper contact.
