  Practice video speed

  When Tony says he takes us thru different speeds to practice whatever we are working on does that mean we go in the speed settings and choose what speed or the video is supposed to have the 3 speeds already? I dont see any difference in speed on my end if so. Just need a little clarity as I havent chosen any speeds to slow or speed things up if Im supposed to. Im actually seeing some improvement and am getting a bit more confident, so great!

  Yes, the videos are all 1x speed and you can play back at 0.5x, 0.75x…..up to 2.0x. I had the same thoughts when I started TAC, was looking for those “other” videos.
