Tony: Your entire team is incredible in supporting and analyzing as well as responding to virtually any issue that arises. Whenever information communication occurs primarily through the internet, there is bound to be delays or even temporary delays in communications. I find your guitar approach to teaching online innovative and encouraging, and you support advocate for multiple genres of music which I find especially appealing. Anytime that I have had a question, Victoria or another staff member has answered it or more recently the ai bot which is also helpful for most questions at least initially.
