There are several ways:

1. On the home page there’s a ? on the bottom right side. Click on it and it will open a chatbox. You’ll be chatting with a robot, but if your issue has weight then you’ll get a follow up from Victoria or someone on the support team.
2. You can email support@tonypolecastro.com, a quicker way to get directly to the support team
3. You can try to direct message Tpolecastro. I haven’t gotten any replies from Tony this way but he has engaged occasionally when I tagged him in the forum with “@” followed by Tpolecastro. I’m not doing it here so as not to tag him in this post. But just put them together like it is in @timothyaroggeoutlook-com .
