  Roadmap for course

  I have completed 30 day and 5 day challenges. What is the next step? Thanks!9

  Start jumping into the daily challenges. Some will be more difficult than others. Just do your best for at least 10 minutes and move on. I would encourage doing more than 10 minutes if you can.

  Mark challenge complete after 10-20 minutes of your best shot. I would take a break and try again later. I’m almost 2 years in, I usually revisit at least 3 more times daily. I’m a retiree, not everyone can do this but many can come back again same day and then you have your weekends.
