    Thanks Michelle for your views on TAC, learning, positivity and walking. Memorizing a song a day is a lofty goal. I found that on my Friday afternoon hikes of 4-6 miles I would take along song lyrics and sing a verse and work on memorization — it was a way to combine the two. Lately, I have been hiking with my 35 year old daughter and 3 granddaughters and we may get a verse of This Old Man or You Are My Sunshine.
