Hi @Sofshu , I like Victoria’s answer on the IT level. Your an Engineer, well I am a Auto Designer by trade and obsessed with tracking time. Tracking comes with the job.
I use an excel chart and track what I play everyday. It keeps me accountable. If I miss a day, I color that day red so it’s in my face that I missed. You have your IPhone on you most of the time so it’s easy to start that stopwatch to see how long you actually are playing instead of guessing. Good luck.
