    Hello DeannaS,

    I also asked about the Fretboard wizard in May and was told it would be available soon…its October so 5 months passed and I still haven’t seen any announcements about it…it seems that they are not telling us the truth and something strange is going on with this course…no idea why it is so difficult to access it … we are already customers who paid, so why they are making it so difficult for us ?

    Not very impressed with the customer service here…
