Thanks @Philb truth is playing in between the verses was something I always wanted to do but never could I kept trying over and over but never got good enough without losing time or not being able to sing those sections but I learned some scales and shapes from root notes and penatonic shapes none of it could I make my mind and playing use smoothly then because others were doing improv so I tried that going by how it sounds and that has brought me to where I am now thanks for stopping by I will continue to play and fail until I can cut down on the fail part so keep on pickin happy holidays to you and yours
