    I don’t think there is a better way to train this (and I am guilty of not spending enough time on it) Than running scales and doing the spider walk exercises. These directly build fret hand strength and dexterity AND build Fretting/Picking hand synchronization.

    I just saw a thing where someone was playing scales in triplets with a pick… This, I think is an exercise I will adopt…
