    I submitted a question to TAC support and here was the reply. Hope it helps! Note: when the statement “Chrome is always suggested” is noted below I asked for some clarification. TAC support indicates that users report the best TAC experience using the Chrome browser. Happy posting! 😃

    For the pink screen – The next time you have an instance of this, please screenshot the error and shoot us an Email in TAC Support. support@tonypolecastro.com

    Please also let us know what Forum post you’re trying to comment to, as well as the device and browser being used.

    In most every instance, when a TAC Member has had an issue like this, we have been able to post for them on our end with no issue. It is most likely that it comes down to devices/browsers. (Chrome is always most suggested.)

    Suggestions prior to writing in will be to log out of TAC, clear your cache on your device, reboot, log in and try again. If you still have the same result…test by trying on a different device if you have one.

    After that, if you’re still getting the error, by all means write in with the info needed to troubleshoot.
