Have to put in my plug for a Canadian made guitar line – I’ve heard so many folks rave about their Seagull models. They are made in Quebec by Godin Guitars, who also produce the Art & Lutherie, Simon and Patrick, and Norman lines. There are several choices in your price range, but I wouldn’t know how available they are in your market area. My Seagull is a Concert Hall size, and I love it, but their dreadnaught models are very well reviewed as well.
