I am pretty new too, just started on 1/2, but I don’t see any other answers yet.
My takeaway (mainly from Tony in the zoom meeting), is that you’re meant to put in the time and do your best, but not let perfection be the enemy of progress, so to speak. I am hearing that eventually, you come around to the same exercises again, and get a chance to see if they are any easier.
For my own part, I have been going over every ‘challenge’ in a specific week in the session with the next one. So like, on Thursday, I will do Thursday, and then go over Mon, Tue, and Wed challenges again. Nothing says to do this, it’s just my own take. I am noticing improvements just in that time.
