I would normally practice until I felt I got it. The challenge of that is it could take me hours and/or days to get it and a lot of frustration.
What I am trying to do is do something different and follow what Tony has advised to only do 10 minutes of practice. Then consider that a win versus mastering what he has taught. That is where I feel it is hard because I want to be able to get it, I do know logically this is not going to happen overnight and is going to take months to learn what he is teaching. It’s more about going through the process then learning the skill.
I have come to accept that the 30 Days to play challenge is technically going to be a 90+ Days to Play challenge for myself. I will need to go back through what he has taught again and again until I will be able to do it.
The Blues Shuffle, Blues Bassline, Blues Boggie, Chords…etc. are going to take some time until I get them down so that I can play them with the videos.
