Relax, and have fun! Don’t try to do too much, that is to master every lesson. That may work for the 30 Day Challenge but once you get into Daily Challenges there will be things that are beyond you. You want to give it 10 or maybe up to 30 minutes but then call it quits. Move on! Yes it’s good to push yourself a little but don’t steal your own joy from yourself. Always keep it fun!
